woofers pet transport was fantastic to deal with they provided the driver phone number to us so we could get regular updates on the dogs as they travelled. they provided us with gps tracking information we were able to monitor where our dogs were at all times this was so reassuring to us as we were better able to plan and meet the driver in brisbane after we had flown up. my dog was transported in an airline crate in the back of a van with a bunch of other crates. they gave my breeder the wrong pick up location. they offered to keep my updated yet i had to fight for information on the where abouts and wellbeing of my pup. they ensured me at the time of booking and on day one of his travel when i had spoken to the owner of the company that he would get time out of the crate. the driver did not even contact me prior to pick up – where i needed 2hr notice to travel to the drop off point.
this was organised at the time of booking and i was told it was standard practise and no issue to be informed at a certain point in the trip of an eta. i would never recommend this company and they should absolutely not be responsible for animals. there was no water container in the woofers crate. i was told the car had an issue and required repair. 4. i was then told we had to pick up the dog at 2am from pennant hills (a one hour round trip for us). â 5. the puppy was in the woofers crate for 18 hours and was covered and smelt of urine and excrement when he was delivered.â 6. we wrote to woofers highlighting these issues and received no response. please sign up or log in to proceed with this action.
i was so impressed that i used this company to transport my pups a few weeks later.he too was talking to all dogs and checking on them for the second fortnight in a row, a standard i saw maintained from the previous month.woofers are employing experienced dog handlers. because they both interact with each other and the vibe i get from the writing of all previous is that they’re the types of people who can never be grateful and get off on complaining. the risk to the dog … but they need some one to blame to feel better? because you’re asking drivers to watch some thing other than the road and move fast. i was tracking him all day and the van just didn’t seem to move.
