pkg says med/lg so i assumed it would be big enough. more like a toy i’d give to my cat and not the dog. sad i didn’t realize i already had the bigger one so wasted my money on this since it is too small. they have done well with kong products so we stick to ordering the brand. it truly is small. i bought this for my great dane, miles, as a birthday toy. this is not worthy of being labeled as kong extreme. i have a 13 month old labrador retriever, who is a very aggressive chewer. this kong tire is the only toy that has survived for 6 months. my dog loves this toy. it fits in his mouth, but it’s too large that he would ever swallow. it’s great for fetch, i’ve thrown this toy probably 3,000 times. highly recommend!
