i would definitely recommend for any cat that is easily distracted haha my 9-month-old kitten loves this toy. my cats and the kittens i foster love thes mice. he is an older cat and so needs a little exercise, he loves to chase the light around the room. my foster kittens love this thing, so much that i have to hide it or they will drag it around the house. this puzzle seems to be the most challenging and engaging and she really loves it. if you have a smart cat, i recommend this toy to increase the engagement level at mealtimes! i handed it to my kitty and she took it and had the most delightful afternoon!
lol i bought this toy as a christmas present for my two grand-kitties and they love it! she dropped the toy and began rubbing on it to mark it as her own. my middle kitty has even figured out how to pull the balls out lol it’s bigger than i expected which is a plus. i purchased this for the kittens i foster, and they love running up and down through it and in and out of the holes. it makes loud crinkle noises when he runs through, and he darts in and out of the holes. the base did not turn as it should have but with a flat head screwdriver i was able to gently pry the base off and add batteries, wow this thing is very cool! i didn’t find the bottom hard to remove for the batteries at all.
