catnip rainbow cat toy is shaped like a rainbow, but it’s got something better than a pot of gold at the end. the outer fabric is a durable cotton twill that’s strong enough to hold up to all the biting and bunny kicking a cat can dish out. my cat loves this toy a lot. i kept it away from her to use it as a treat, well i moved and gave her the toy and left it out for her. this was not a good fabric choice, the holes stay and leak out cat nip. more holes end up in the toy with more use…i will definitely have to throw this thing out within a week! after the first day one of the seams started to give way in about a 2-inch section and i had to sew it shut so we didn’t have a catnip explosion everywhere. my older cat came with the banana when we adopted him, and this one we bought for our second. as a high energy feline i need activity constantly. since i can’t have the birdies i’m content to have the kickers.
