first, my husband is one of the strongest people i know and he had great difficulty opening the ball. i couldn’t get it to open so make sure you have someone very strong in your home to help you. we will try to use it but i would not have purchased it if it had been properly described. which makes it easy for our dog to break it open and get all the treats at once. i bought a different flavor of dog food to put in it now so it’s heathlier for him. he doesn’t find it i testing enough to get his treats out but would rather me just throw it for him to fetch. this 4″ play ball is well constructed and can be tossed and rolled around by my 50 lb dog for a lot of fun. only negative is that it can be loud when the plastic hits the ground if the toy is in her moth and she drops it.
