the self-serve dog wash was much needed for my traveling bernese mountain dog! the bath was clean and easy to use. thank you to the staff for a great experience! the customer service is very friendly and helpful with advise for your pets dietary and bathing needs. i also buy his food from here and he enjoys his food as much as i enjoy the prices for a healthy meals for jax. i’ve always washed my dog (lab/german shepherd) at home, but never again after being at the spa! the process was super easy and my dog felt comfortable being here.
