it is well made, quiet and gives us a peace of mind that our dog is safe. they arrived after a very short wait and are excellent! i bought one with a front and side opening for flexibility when traveling. i was super impressed with the videos about safety and those who are unsure which crate they should purchase should check those out before making a decision. will never have a loose dog in the car again, and am happy they are safer in a ruffland. we are building a new home and are having one installed from the side porch into our hallway. we’ve used a lot of dog doors over the years and this is very well constructed, very weatherproof, and looks the best installed. highly recommended i’m so glad i decided to order this to replace the crates i had in my 4runner.

now he is free to roam in and out as he pleases and we both love it. the gate in the middle is nice (so one doesn’t have to “hurdle” over the top”), and swings either way, and has detente to hold it fully open, either side of the gate. i purchased a ruffland kennel from pet pro supply co. and it fits perfect in the back of my ’88 bronco with no problems! the quality is excellent and i’m very happy thusfar! canceled the order, now company wants me to pay to ship back and 25% restocking fee.
