each pet is treated with compassion and care as if they were our own. we offer a comfortable companion room for the final viewing of your pet. witnessing the cremation can offer peace of mind and closure for some and can be an important part of the grieving process. this allows us to serve you best and allows us to reserve this time just for you and your family. evening and weekend witnessing availability are based on staff availability only. use of the companion room without witnessing is limited to 30 minutes. this means your pet and your pet alone is cremated and the ashes you receive are that of your pet only. you are assured peace of mind with our identification system which specifically assigns your pet an individual identification tag that is unique to your pet and your pet alone. this identification tag stays with your pet throughout the entire process and is given to you upon receiving the ashes.
