ordered item on 3/11/22 and still have had no response to when it will be sent..they do not reply to emails and product has been paid for. i wrote to the company requesting a replacement and it fell on deaf ears. i’ve emailed them several times to either get a replacement or refund. shocking customer service, when refund was requested i was completely ignored and nothing has been done to assist me and my query!save yourself time and money and don’t buy from them! took over a month from the day i ordered these (two floppyfish) to when they arrived. overall, i think they were a waste of money & time on toys not suitable for dogs. absolute rip-off of course as you can get the exact same thing now locally for $11 not the ridiculous $34 that i paid, more fool i. it is also a flimsy crappy looking thing and i am sure my puppy will demolish within a day. i accidentally put the incorrect address on my order and i can’t tell you how helpful the team has been to assist me getting my order sent correctly. 3 weeks later, i have had money taken from my account by these people! i had to put one star to be able to write this.
dont buy anything the flappy fish arrived and my labrador puppy was very gentle with it but with in 10 minutes he had chewed a hole and part of the mechanism was poking out. the charger had a no charging port and the company would not replace the faulty part!a complete waste of money. and your time! 24 hours and the tail chewed open and the ‘plastic tail’ chewed off. if you’re doing background research before buying please heed my advice and the others’ here, do not buy. these are cheaply made garbage and unsafe for pets. i ordered 2 floppy fish the 14th of december and i haven’t received anything. ordered 2 fish for christmas, 1 works, the other is completely dead upon arrival. mine lasted less than 5 minutes after the zipper came off after a couple minutes, resulting in a mad scramble to make sure my cockerpoo had not swallowed it. my advice don’t but this product companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations.
