i was cooking for her and spending a lot of time in the kitchen. i once saw that making a modification to my order, even if the new quantities and flavors were exactly the same as the old, triggered a $4 price increase. oh yeah, i tried to add the dry stuff to my order but couldn’t do a 1 off for my dogs to try. i also wasn’t willing to lose my rates to try the dry stuff so i had to create a new account and then remember to cancel. the food is absolutely great and my dog loves it. ollie not only offers affordable, all natural dog food but their customer service is truly exceptional, you will always get to talk to a real person and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers needs or concerns my dog is a picky eater and it is difficult trying to figure out what he will eat. but, i contacted the company directly and was able to set up a plan that would be easier on my budget. our dog loved the food and was always excited to see the box arrive.
they reshipped food at no charge when something went wrong and when our beloved pup died they even refunded the last box and were super empathetic. our pug bella loves both the dry and fresh food! i found ollie and they hit all of the items dogs should have in their diet. ollie’s customer service has been outstanding in the only 2 instances that i have needed to contacted them, plus the food delivery and quality is excellent! my dog loves their food and is much healthier now. ollie is a terrific company and my dog loves the fresh food. unfortunately, my dog won’t eat the food, but they were so understanding about why i needed to cancel my account. i switched to a different brand for a few months and my dogs would barely touch the stuff not to mention they lost weight. not to mention shipping is always on time and food is always super frozen still upon arrival.
