it makes my usually couch potato dog look like a normal dog. definitely would recommend to supervise with it as it is plastic. she does pick it up to move it if it’s stuck under something, but we supervise with it to make sure she doesn’t eat outer rim. i put about 1/4 cup of our labs food in it and give it to him after he’s finished his meals. it helps occupy and challenges him so he’s less destructive of other stuff (he’s still a puppy). it’s plastic and will start to get torn apart if left out for the dog to gnaw on. dog had it for 10 minutes and chewed half the red plastic off. i was pulling it out of her mouth. pup absolutely loved this and mastered it down quickly. i have a miniature poodle weighing 16 pounds and she loves treat toys. i think the best feature is that it has an inner lip to keep the contents from spilling out too easily. she’s not a chewer and my first one is getting worn on the red ring from her picking it up when she rolls it too close to an object so i’ve bought 2 more as spares. not worth it if your dog has jaws of power.
