you can get the same item elsewhere for less and have it arrive in 1-2 days. i bought the “extreme” model and waited over a month for delivery from china. i wrote to their customer support and they asked for details of my order. when i asked for tracking number they disappeared and stopped to answer for my messages. and, i am out the money i spent, the product, and the cost to ship it back. if i could give this product a zero star review i would. he took one sniff and ran away.tried to remove the toothpaste from the item. just as everyone else, it took weeks and weeks to arrive. i put a review on fakebook that never made it to the site.
i sent an email and pictures to request a return as they tell you to do on the return page on july 2, today, july 9, still no response. they finally sent me some tracking information but it was being sent from china and most of the information was in a different language. the product is cheap but since i am clearly not getting a refund i gave it to my dog. bought one of the teeth toys for my small dog and it broke within minutes. have lodged a dispute with my bank and reporting to the accc. kanine care refuses to give me a refund after they said they would when i gave them a bad review. i agree…do not buy from this company. particularly annoyed as the add indicated item was coming from their australian outlet..good con and i fell for it. my dog (supervised) destroyed the toothbrush (heavy one) in under 10 minutes.don’t waste your money.
