the gold leash started as an idea along with a strong love for animals. it quickly turned into reality when we knew we brought something unique and different to the table… a home away from home. formally known as happy paws pet resort we inherited thousands of happy customers and with many good changes we have brought, there is one thing we just could not change and that is us being a home away from home for your furry family member. with being in business for 20 years we knew we had to make this rebranding special. as you pull in to our facility you will notice a house, as the owners live on the property to ensure your furry little family member is safe and cared for at all times 24/7. everything we do is to make sure your best friend is having the time of their lives and completely stress free. from waking to feeding, play times, and even one on one with an employee we want to make sure your furry little family member can’t wait to come back time and time again.

your cats will enjoy a spacious room separate from their canine counterparts! your dog is welcome to stay longer but our daycare rate of $2.50 an hour will be applied at pick up. $2.50 hourly will be added from 11:00am to pick up time. please note that if enough food is not provided for a pets stay owner will be charged $2.50 for a half a cup and $5.00 for a whole cup. luke and bernadette, owners of happy paws pet resort both started their love for dogs/cats as young children. they recently become the new owners of happy paws pet resort in august 2021. the approach happy paws has is dividing our doggy daycare pets into groups based on their temperament.
