i have two dogs that are kept together and whenever i need to go out of town, i trust cottonwood pet resort. cottonwood takes their time with each dog, plays with them, loves them and they will even send you picture updates if you ask. when i first dropped my dogs off i was so nervous and so scared, but cottonwood has made such a difference. they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my pets and my busy schedule and have earned my trust and patronage. i’m also extremely appreciative of cottonwood’s flexibility; never a complaint if my trip runs long, or if it cancels and i have to pick up my pets early. every time we pick him up he isn’t ready to leave and wants to go play some more. they are professional, friendly, clean, and very good at what they do. our dog knew where we were when we parked this time and pulled us in the building. we have rest time every weekday from 12 to 3pm.
