your dog will enjoy a spacious, 2-room, indoor suite with separate sleeping and living areas. we ask that you please bring your own dog’s food so your dog stays on their diet and avoid any upset stomachs. we do not need bowls (unless your pup has a special favorite). if you do not send bedding, we are happy to provide blankets and/ or kuranda beds… whatever your dog prefers… or both! we are highly recommending you ask for the 3-way intranasal vaccine that protects against more than bordetella (canine/kennel cough), but also the other similar respiratory viruses: parainfluenza and adenovirus type 2. we want them to stay protected. rates are all-inclusive and there are no extra charges for late or early pick-ups.
if you own more than one dog, a second (or more dogs) in the same run will be an additional $18.00 per night. there are no additional charges for medications, number of times they go outside or tender loving care! we do ask that you try to arrive at least one hour before we close to allow us to get your pup settled. we look forward to accommodating the needs of you and your pet. for those boarding with us, we do not charge extra for early check-ins and late check-outs. sunday pick-ups are by appointment only and a $15 pick-up fee applies.
to arrange boarding for your pup, just give us a call and our helpful office staff will reserve your visit. proof of vaccinations needs to be provided before arriving and our helpful office staff is happy to coordinate with your vet. we also offer add-on enrichment options to treat your pet while you’re away. additionally, we recommend that you bring the food your dog normally eats at home.
when you drop your pet off, they are given a baseline wellness check and weighed to ensure that they remain healthy. then they are taken to their personal kennel and settled in with any belongings brought from home. any luxury services purchased will be happily implemented and each dog gets 5 ‘business trips’ a day for their comfort. if you check your pet out by 12:00 pm you do not incur another charge for boarding that day. each pet is given a final wellness check and then you’re reunited with your pet and their belongings.
