i have completed the naughty but nice course with my first border collie, she is 6 years old now and a brilliant dog. i have enjoyed the course so much with my younger dog that i have joined the absolute dogs academy. nothing wrong with the absolute dogs games – except the price and the very irritating and repetitive hype. poor accessibility means i have given up on the nbn programme and am just hanging in by a thread on the bootcamps. it has changed my dog’s lives and it is changing the lives of the dogs i now get to work with.
i always talk about absolute dogs to all of my clients and they love what they see and hear. this an amazing community of people and the professional help and encouragement i received and am still receiving via online training, zoom calls, 1 to 1 training means that i have been able to enjoy my dog. how bout their body health and the fact that dogs are bred to move and work. the founders need to review their teachings, maybe members take “calm” too far with their dogs i started with sexier than a squirrel, and got stressed with the daily float of info,not knowing what to do first.but i did it and during the time i learned so much about my dog,that by now i joined the trainingsacademy ( always in mind i can cancel anytime),and 2 more seminars to dig deeper in the games to play.now since 2 weeks i really could start with the games as muffin got the idea and we got so close and we both changed so much.we are at least having a good time together and we love the different possibility we become.just dont forget,dont compare your now dog to the video dogs,my “2 weeks later” is now good as their “untrained”ones.but this “ditch the bowl” idea is brilliant and works. the customer service is often poor and the site itself can be slow or even not working – it’s all jokily blamed on squirrels and you’re expected to accept that!? there are much better and more ethical places to spend your money ????????????.
