i did swimming form level 1-10 without much difficulty, and now i am doing bronze medallion the first step to becoming a lifeguard. so i just wanted to know if it will be really hard or easy because im kind of nervous. while you will be doing swimming it is just an introduction to lifesaving. you should have no problem if you passed level 10. good luck! it is not a lifesaving stroke so it will not count. you must do either front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke or butterfly.
also about the fitness swim, i found that was the most challenging part of the course but good news for you – it is not a requirement for passing. well ive just taken the course, and i would have to say that the swimming is not necercerly that hard. the only real hard part will be the 500 swim but you have 15 mins to do that that 3 mins per 100 meters! wich is slow so just stay calm and you will be fine. so i think that you will be fine the rest of it will be hard just to keep from bordem i mean 3 quarters of the time you are just sculling so just keep calm and you will be fine. only i you find it hardd to learn how to swim, but you do know how to swim so its not going to be a problem for you.
